CDL-A Load Board Truck Driver — $0.53–$0.63/Mile

Our company offers CDL-A drivers a self-directed freight model called the Company Load Board, letting you pick your own loads instead of relying on a dispatcher. You get more say over your lanes, hours, and time at home.

Pay

• Base rate of $0.53 to $0.63 CPM depending on experience

• Extra $0.05 CPM bonus on mileage, paid every quarter

• Typical weekly mileage runs around 3,000

• Extra CPM available on hazmat-eligible freight

• Per diem option available

Home time

• Weekly home time possible if you hit mileage targets and live in a qualifying area

What you'll haul

• Freight is 100% no-touch

• Roughly two-thirds of loads come preloaded or are drop-and-hook

How the load board works

• No forced dispatch — browse and request loads yourself based on your preferred lanes, hours, and schedule needs

• No slip seating
