About this job
Our company needs a driver to run an established local route delivering linens and laundry to hospital and hospitality clients in the La Mirada, CA area. You'll handle a company vehicle and work directly with customer sites on each stop.
What you'll do
- Load and unload linen carts, tagging each one correctly
- Keep accurate records of each delivery you make
- Get deliveries to customers accurately and on time
- Follow the company's procedures for handling soiled linens safely
- Keep your vehicle and equipment clean and operate safely
- Take on other tasks as needed
Requirements
- Valid Class A driver's license with a good driving record
- Able to lift 50 pounds and push or pull a loaded cart weighing up to 650 pounds
