About this job
Our company is looking for CDL-A drivers to join its lease purchase program, running year-round freight with no-touch loads. This is an owner-operator style opportunity with a new truck option and a flexible schedule.
Pay
- $10,000 sign-on bonus, paid out in equal weekly installments
- $1.05cpm plus fuel surcharge on all loaded miles
- $0.90cpm on all empty miles
- Top 10% of drivers gross $249,000 a year in revenue
- Your first 5 weeks come with no lease payment due

Home time
Plan on 2 weeks on the road followed by 2 days at home, with flexible home time options built into the program.
What you'll haul
You'll run consistent, essential freight that holds up year-round, regardless of economic conditions. All loads are 100% no-touch.
Equipment
Pick your truck from a lineup that includes 2027 Peterbilt, 2024-2026 Peterbilt, and 2025-2026 International models.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 9 months of verifiable Class A driving experience within the last 3 years, in dry van, reefer, container, flatbed, and/or tanker
- Steady work history driving Class A trucks
- Clean, safe driving record
