CDL-A Lease Purchase Truck Driver — $1.27/Mile + FSC, Own Your Truck

Our company is looking for CDL-A drivers who want to work toward owning their truck through a lease purchase program. You'll run solo OTR with consistent freight and the backing of a 90% customer network, while building equity toward a 2022-2025 Volvo with no money down and no credit check.

Pay

• Earn $1.27 per mile plus the current fuel surcharge rate on every loaded and empty mile you're dispatched

• Settlements are paid weekly

• Get a $250 bonus during your orientation week, plus $150 orientation pay and a $500 fuel credit when you're onboarded

• Choosing a 2023-2025 Volvo 760 gets you half-price truck payments for the first 6 months

• Ask about the Jumpstart Program for 2022 Volvo 760s, subject to availability

• Solo drivers can gross $3,000-$4,500 a week

Lease terms

• Weekly truck payments are set based on the truck's model year

• No down payment and no credit check required

• No extra mileage penalties or added interest charges

• Some trucks can be fully paid off in as little as 1.6 years

• Ask your recruiter about the fixed weekly expenses involved

• These incentive programs can change or end at our company's discretion and aren't guaranteed; you must be actively driving for our company when bonuses are paid out

You'll run OTR with dispatched loaded and empty miles across a freight network made up of 90% repeat customers.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of OTR experience

• No major traffic violations in the past 3 years

• No at-fault DOT-recordable accidents in the past 3 years

• Minimum age 23
