About this job
Our company is offering a lease-purchase program for experienced CDL-A drivers who also want to mentor and train new drivers. You'll lease a Peterbilt 579 with a Cummins engine and get paid for every mile run, including the miles your trainee drives.
Pay
- Earn $1.45 to $1.55 per mile for all miles driven, both yours and your trainee's combined
- Drivers willing to run can bring home $3,000 or more weekly
- Earn an additional bonus tied to your trainee for a full year after they move on from your truck
Lease terms
- Lease a Peterbilt 579 with zero money down and no credit check
- Only two deductions come out: the truck payment and insurance
What you'll haul
- Dry van freight
- Mostly dedicated routes, staying within Texas and points east, no runs into the northeast
Equipment
- Trucks come with a fridge, inverter, XM radio and a TV mount

- Clean MVR required
- No SAP drivers
