CDL-A Lease Purchase OTR Truck Driver — 80/20 Split Pay

This is a lease purchase opportunity for CDL-A owner-operators to run their own truck under our company LLC / MTE-Leasing, hauling dry van freight across the lower 48 states. You set your own schedule with no forced dispatch, choosing your loads and home time.

Pay

Pay is based on an 80/20 gross split, with weekly gross estimated at $6,500 on average. Weekly mileage bonuses range from $100 to $350 depending on loaded miles (2,100 to 2,800+ miles/week). A $500 sign-on bonus pays out after your first 9,000 miles. Weekly advances up to $200 are available, and pay is direct deposited with no delay.

What you'll haul

All freight is dry van, no-touch (driver assist loads are optional), with about 70% drop and hook and 70% steady customer freight. No HAZMAT, no Canada or Mexico runs.

Lease details

You'll lease a 2023 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth T680, with weekly lease costs from $750 to $950 depending on model year, and lease terms of 3 to 4 years. A $5,000 down payment is required (financeable at $300/week), with no credit check and no interest charged on the lease balance. A $15,000 balloon/residual payment is due at the end. The company covers plates/registration, fuel card, physical insurance, and IFTA/2290 filings at your cost, and offers fuel and maintenance discounts.

Requirements

You need at least 3 months of recent, verifiable CDL-A tractor-trailer experience pulling 48-53ft trailers, a valid CDL-A, and a current DOT medical card. SAP applicants are considered if Step 5 of the Return-to-Duty process is complete. Drivers must live in one of the approved hiring-area states, including New Hampshire.
