CDL-A Lease Purchase OTR Reefer Driver — Top 25% Avg $240K–$330K Gross

Our company is looking for CDL-A drivers to run OTR reefer freight as an Owner Operator or Lease Purchase driver. This is a 1099 contractor role where you pick your own loads and run your own business, backed by Swift's nationwide network.

Pay

• Drivers in the top 25% see average gross revenue between $240,000 and $330,000 per year

• This figure reflects contractor gross revenue, not take-home driver wages

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A
