CDL-A Lease Purchase OTR Driver — 80/20 Split, No-Touch Freight

This is a lease purchase opportunity for CDL-A OTR drivers through our company LLC / MTE-Leasing. You run as an independent contractor under a truck lease, pulling mostly no-touch dry van freight across the lower 48 states, with no forced dispatch and the freedom to set your own schedule and home time.

Pay

• You keep 80% of gross revenue under an 80/20 split

• Estimated weekly gross runs around $6,500 on average

• Pay goes out weekly by direct deposit, with no delays

• Earn a $500 bonus each month you log 10,000 loaded miles

• Get an extra $500 bonus 30 days after you start

• Stated annual wage range: $200,000 to $300,000

What you'll haul

• All dry van, no-touch freight, with optional driver-assist loads if you want them

• About 70% of freight is drop and hook

• Freight mix is 70% steady customer accounts and the rest brokered loads

• No HAZMAT, no Canada, no Mexico runs

• You choose your own loads and frequency of home time, with no forced dispatch

Lease Purchase Program

• Trucks are 2023 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth T680 models

• Remaining factory warranty applies where available, plus a 7-day trial period

• $5,000 down payment required, or finance it at $300/week

• Weekly lease rates: $750 for 2023 trucks (3-year lease), $850 for 2024 trucks (3-year lease), $950 for 2025 trucks (4-year lease)

• Lease payments come out of your weekly settlement and go straight to the leasing company

• No credit check, and no interest charged on the lease (uses a Common Revenue Target model instead)

• A $15,000 balloon/residual payment is due at the end of the lease

• You're responsible for plates, registration, physical damage insurance, Hwy 2290/IRP, and IFTA reporting, though the company handles these for you at your cost

• A fuel card is provided, and fuel/maintenance/tire discounts apply, varying by Love's/TA franchise ownership and your fuel volume

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 3 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience pulling 48-53ft trailers

• Current DOT medical card attached to your CDL

• SAP applicants are considered if you've completed Step 5 of the Return-to-Duty process (a C/TPA can be used to complete this step)

• You must live in one of these states: AL, AR, CT, DE, GA, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, KY, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NH, NJ, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, VT, VA, WV, WI
