- Solo contractors average $3,000-$4,000 per week
- Base pay ranges from $1.05-$3.50 CPM
- Pay and bonuses vary by job type, location, experience, and performance, and can change at the company's discretion
- $1,000 referral bonus for solo drivers, $4,000 for teams
How it works
- You're an independent contractor (1099), not a company driver, with no competing for freight
- Full control over which lanes, routes, and loads you run, with freight available out of 19 core locations
- Staying out 2+ weeks is recommended, but the schedule is yours to set
- Freight is 100% no-touch, mostly drop & hook with preloaded trailers and no appointments needed
- Need a co-driver? Our company can help pair you with one
Lease purchase details

- Choose your truck through partners such as Lone Mountain, Arrow, and TEL, with various specs available
- Weekly truck payments start at $400, with term lengths from 30 to 84 months
- Pick a lease plan that matches your budget instead of a single fixed option

- Fuel discounts through our company's fuel partners
- Pet and rider policies in place for drivers who want to bring them along
