CDL-A Lease Purchase Driver — $1.27/Mile Plus Fuel Surcharge

Our company is looking for solo CDL-A drivers for its lease purchase program out of Columbia, SC. You'll run OTR in a well-maintained 2022-2024 Volvo truck with no money down and no credit check, working toward owning your truck in as little as 1.6 years.

Pay

• $1.27 per mile plus the current fuel surcharge rate, paid on all loaded and empty dispatched miles

• Solo gross pay typically runs $3K-$4,500 per week

• $250 bonus the week of orientation, plus $150 orientation pay

• $500 fuel credit toward onboarding costs

• Half-price truck payments for the first 6 months when leasing a 2023-2025 Volvo 760

• Ask your recruiter about the Jumpstart Program, which may include a 2022 Volvo 760 based on availability

• Weekly settlements

• Weekly truck payments set according to the truck's model year

• No down payment and no credit check required

• Trucks can be fully purchased in as little as 1.6 years

• These incentive programs aren't guaranteed long-term and can be changed, paused, or applied toward any debt you owe the company, at our company's discretion

Requirements

• At least 1 year of OTR driving experience

• No major traffic violations in the past 3 years

• No at-fault DOT-recordable accidents in the past 3 years

• Minimum age of 23
