Our company in Dodge City, KS needs a CDL-A driver with a hazmat endorsement to haul anhydrous ammonia and propane across Southwest Kansas. You'll run designated routes while keeping safety and compliance front and center.
What you'll haul
- Anhydrous ammonia and propane, delivered on set routes in the region
- Tractor-trailers and other truck types as assigned
What you'll do
- Load and unload freight at drop points
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Track mileage and fuel use accurately
- Stay in contact with dispatch about schedules or road issues
- Follow traffic laws and keep the truck clean and organized
Pay
Projected total compensation of $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year.
Requirements
- CDL Class A with hazmat endorsement
- 3 years of driving experience
- Clean motor vehicle record
- Comfortable with manual transmission
- Solid grasp of commercial driving rules and safety practices
- Careful, detail-oriented approach to inspections and freight handling
- Able to work solo or alongside a team
