CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver — Home Most Weekends, $88K–$101K/yr

Our company needs experienced CDL-A flatbed drivers for regional and OTR runs. You'll haul specialized flatbed freight on steady, year-round loads with a sign-on bonus available right now.

Pay

• Experienced drivers earn $88,000-$101,000 a year, depending on experience

• Weekly average runs $1,625-$1,845

• Starting rate is $.63-$.675 per mile for regional and OTR work

• Weekly guaranteed pay included

• Pre-Employment Evaluation (PRE) pay just went up to $1,100

• $1,100 paid for Flatbed Business Unit Training, plus travel, lodging, breakfast and lunch covered during training

• Tarp pay, detention pay, layover pay and performance bonuses on top of base pay

• Sign-on bonus of $3,000 to $5,000 for qualified experienced drivers, for a limited time - ask a recruiter for the details and qualifying rules

• Referral bonuses: $1,000-$2,000 for CDL-A referrals, $500 for non-CDL referrals

Home time

• Home most weekends

• Mileage runs 2,000-2,300 miles a week on average

What you'll haul

• Flatbed freight, including glass and marine loads

• Trucks are late-model and come equipped with the chains, straps, binders and tarps you need to secure loads properly

• Dispatch accounts for weather, load delays and the extra time flatbed work takes, with realistic schedules and no pressure to rush securement

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL (new CDL-A holders are welcome)

• At least 6 months of CDL-A flatbed, glass or marine OTR experience for the experienced-driver pay and bonus

• Minimum age 21

• Must live within Maverick's designated hiring areas

• Must meet all other eligibility requirements - a recruiter can confirm specifics
