About this job
Our company is looking for full-time CDL-A Flatbed Drivers to run within 250 miles of Fremont, CA. Pick between a local route that gets you home every day or a regional schedule that keeps you out 2 - 3 days a week. You'll drive newer equipment and work Monday through Friday with weekends off.
Pay
- Combined hourly plus mileage pay, so you're paid for driving, waiting and loading time
- Average weekly pay: $1,950 / week
- Advertised average annual pay: $101,000 / year
- Day shift: $22.79 / hour + $0.54 per mile
- Night shift: $23.85 / hour + $0.54 per mile
Schedule and home time
- Monday - Friday, weekends off
- Choose a morning start around 4:00 AM or an afternoon start around 4:00 PM
- Local runs: home every day
- Regional runs: out 2 - 3 days per week
What you'll haul
- 53-foot flatbed trailers
- Fleet averages 2 years old
- No touch freight, but tarping is required
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A
- At least 1 year of professional Class A driving experience
