CDL-A Flatbed Driver — $88,000–$101,000/yr, Home Most Weekends

Our company needs experienced CDL-A flatbed drivers for regional and OTR runs out of Catoosa, OK. You'll haul specialized flatbed freight with steady miles and reliable weekly home time.

Pay

• Experienced drivers earn $88,000-$101,000 per year depending on experience, averaging $1,625-$1,845 per week

• Starting pay runs $.63-$.675 CPM on regional and OTR routes, with a weekly guarantee

• Pre-Employment Evaluation (PRE) pay has increased to $1,100, and Flatbed Business Unit Training pays $1,100

• Travel, lodging, breakfast and lunch are covered during training

• Tarp pay, detention pay, layover pay and performance bonuses are included on top of base pay

• New sign-on bonus of $3,000 to $5,000 for qualified experienced drivers, for a limited time; ask a recruiter for the full details

• CDL-A referral bonuses run $1,000-$2,000, and non-CDL referrals pay $500

Home time

• Drivers are home most weekends

• Average 2,000-2,300 miles per week

What you'll haul

• Flatbed, glass or marine freight

• Year-round, consistent freight volume to keep paychecks predictable

• Late-model trucks equipped with chains, straps, binders and tarps for safe securement

• Dispatch accounts for weather, loading delays and the extra time flatbed work requires

Requirements

• At least 6 months of CDL-A flatbed, glass or marine over-the-road experience (new CDL-A holders are also welcome to apply)

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL

• Must live within Maverick's designated hiring area

• Must meet all other eligibility requirements
