CDL-A Flatbed Driver — $0.64/mi, $6,000 Sign-On Bonus

Our company's flatbed division needs CDL-A drivers to run consistent, steady-mile round trips hauling oversized air conditioner units. You'll need one year of driving experience, but no flatbed background is required since training is included at orientation.

Pay

• Starting pay of $0.64 per mile, with average annual earnings around $88K and top performers reaching $98K

• $6,000 sign-on bonus, paid out monthly over your first year

• $30 per stop, plus $25 per stop for securement and $50 per stop for tarping

• Over-dimensional pay of $75-$200 depending on mileage, and $400 for any load over 64K pounds

• $100 for every loaded border crossing if you choose Canadian runs

Home time

Expect to be out 7-10 days, depending on your location.

What you'll haul

You'll run flatbed trailers loaded with oversized air conditioner units on round trips, with steady, consistent mileage.

Equipment

• Trucks are no more than 3 years old, with a fleet average age of 16 months

• Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadia models, featuring refrigerators, leather interiors, double curtain wrap, double bunks, built-in inverters and other driver comforts

Orientation

Orientation is fully paid for, including stays at a luxury hotel in Roseville, MN or Appling, GA.

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license

• At least 1 year of driving experience
