CDL-A Entry-Level Driver — $1,356–$1,652/Week

Our company is bringing on new CDL-A drivers fresh out of truck driving school for regional and OTR trainee roles. No professional driving experience needed, just a clean record and the willingness to learn.

What you'll haul

• Regional and OTR lanes

• Mostly drop and hook, with some accounts offering fully no-touch freight

• Newer equipment: 2024-2025 Freightliner and International trucks

• Steady freight with dependable mileage

• Day or night shifts available

Pay

• $1,356.00 to $1,652.00 per week

• Mileage rate of $0.50 to $0.65 CPM

• Paid out weekly

• Paid orientation

• Possible transition bonus

Home time

• Home either weekly or every two weeks, depending on the account you're assigned

• Set, predictable home time

• Chance to build real driving experience on consistent regional and OTR routes

Requirements

• Current Class A CDL

• At least 21 years old

• Recent truck driving school graduate or otherwise qualified as an entry-level driver

• Clean driving history and clean background check

• Must complete any company-required training
