CDL-A Driver — Landscaping Material Delivery

Juniper Landscaping LLC in Bradenton, FL is looking for a CDL-A driver to haul materials, equipment and supplies for its landscaping crews and projects. When you're not driving, you may help out with hands-on landscaping work like planting, mulching or irrigation setup.

What you'll haul

• Materials, goods and equipment moving between company facilities and customer job sites

• Loads that support field crews, so timing and accuracy matter

What you'll do

• Drive Class A commercial vehicles safely, following DOT rules and company policy

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections to keep the truck road-ready

• Load, secure and unload cargo properly

• Keep accurate logs and delivery paperwork, using ELDs or manual logs as needed

• Follow Hours of Service rules, posted speed limits and assigned routes

• Stay in contact with dispatch, job site staff and supervisors to coordinate drops and sort out any issues

• Report any vehicle problems, accidents or violations right away

• Take part in drug and alcohol testing and keep your DOT physical certification current

• Join optional team events and safety meetings, such as seasonal kickoffs or refresher sessions, when offered

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• 1 to 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience

• Clean driving record and background check

• Current DOT medical card

• Comfortable with local and interstate routes, ELDs and securing loads properly

• Able to lift 50 to 75 lbs and handle physical loading and unloading work

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Plant identification knowledge is a plus

• Must pass a DOT physical and drug/alcohol screening under FMCSA rules
