CDL-A Driver — Home Daily, $1,200 Per Week, 3rd Shift

Run a dedicated drop-and-hook route for FedEx Ground out of Fort Mill, SC, moving trailers between Charlotte-area terminals on 3rd shift. You'll be home every day, driving a day cab tractor on a set schedule.

Pay

• $300 per night, about $1,200 per week

• Annual pay range: $62,400.00 - $78,000.00 per year

• Paid biweekly

• Chance to earn extra by picking up additional runs on your days off

Schedule

• Work days: Friday, Saturday, Monday, Tuesday

• Off days: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday

• Shift starts between 10:30pm and 12:30am, running about 10 hours and staying within DOT hour limits

• Extra days available if you want them; a manager may also reach out asking you to cover additional shifts

What you'll haul

• Dry van trailers

• Drop-and-hook freight, delivering trailers between FedEx terminals in the Charlotte region

• Local route, running up to 400 miles per shift

Requirements

• Class A CDL, doubles endorsement required or willingness to obtain one

• At least 1 year of driving experience in the last 3 years

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and DMV check

• Able to work independently, stay organized, and manage your own tasks

• Smartphone required, along with a good attitude

• Must be able to commute to Fort Mill, SC 29708; relocation to the area is required before starting if you don't already live nearby
