About this job
Our company Foods is hiring CDL-A drivers for its private fleet, hauling mostly reefer loads (some tanker work available) across the lower 48 states and Canada. The company is 100% employee-owned, so you share in its success as an employee-owner, not just an employee.
Pay
- $0.50 to $0.57 per mile, depending on your experience and time with the company
- Per diem, stop pay, and layover pay add to your earnings
- Quarterly performance bonuses
- Bonus for referring other drivers
Home time
- Flexible scheduling - work with the company to set a routine that works for you
What you'll haul
- Mostly refrigerated (reefer) freight, with some tanker loads possible
- Routes run throughout the 48 contiguous states and into Canada
- Team drivers are welcome to bring a driving partner
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Tanker endorsement helpful but not required
- Drivers authorized to run into Canada are encouraged to apply
- No visa sponsorship available
