CDL-A Delivery Truck Driver — Up to $90,000/Year, $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Our company Company is looking for a CDL-A delivery driver in Dubuque, IA to haul freight to customer sites on 3rd shift dispatch. This is a long-standing distribution company serving restaurant, retail and e-commerce clients.

Pay and bonus

• Average annual pay up to $90,000

• $10,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers

What you'll do

• Check your tractor-trailer before and after each trip and file a DOT inspection report

• Review the bill of lading and verify store keys when delivering during off hours

• Operate the tractor-trailer to each destination, following commercial driving rules and maneuvering safely at customer locations

• Keep your driver log current (manual or Peoplenet), noting delivery receipts, product temperatures and any exceptions

• Unload the trailer and bring product into the customer's location

• Handle other tasks as needed

Requirements

• Minimum age 21

• Valid CDL-A

• At least 1 year of experience or 50,000 verifiable miles driving tractor-trailers

• Must meet our company's motor vehicle record and risk rating standards

• Able to read, write and understand English well enough to follow work instructions and safety procedures
