CDL-A Delivery Truck Driver — Starting $29/hr, Up to $100,000/yr

Our company needs CDL-A delivery drivers in Lincoln and Omaha, NE to haul and hand-unload food products on assigned customer routes. This is a touch-freight role where you'll build ongoing relationships with the customers you serve.

Pay

• Starting wage of $29 per hour, plus overtime and incentives

• Total yearly earnings can reach $100,000, combining base pay, overtime and incentives (exclusions may apply)

• Per diem pay of $40 per night, typically 1-2 nights weekly

What you'll haul

You'll deliver a mix of products including meats, produce, frozen goods, groceries, dry goods and supplies, unloading by hand at each stop along your route.

Schedule

Expect overtime, weekend and holiday work depending on business needs, along with travel that crosses state lines.

Requirements

• At least 21 years old

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving history

• Able to pass a background check and drug screening

• English reading, writing and communication skills

• Capable of repeatedly lifting, pushing or moving items averaging 40-60 pounds, sometimes up to 100 pounds

Preferred but not required:

• One year of experience delivering to customers

• Six months working with hand carts or hand trucks

• Six months in food and beverage work

• Two years of steady employment history
