CDL-A Delivery Driver — $37.86/hr

Our company is hiring a Class A driver based in Coon Rapids, MN to deliver snack brands such as Lay's, Doritos and Cheetos to local stores and keep shelves stocked. This is a day-shift, hands-on delivery role that pays hourly.

Pay and schedule

• $37.86 per hour

• Sunday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

• You must be willing to work holidays and weekends

What you'll do

• Drive a tractor-trailer and move product between destinations in line with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations

• Unload and load trailers by hand, with pallets or with a two-wheeler, including lifting product overhead

• Deliver to large grocery stores, Frito-Lay plants, rural storage units and other distribution points

• Get receipt signatures, collect returns, and handle logs, invoices and manifests

• Use a tablet or onboard computer as your logging device and do pre- and post-trip truck checks

• Stay in contact with customers, sales drivers and dispatch during your shift

Requirements

• Age 21 or older

• Valid Class A commercial driver's license

• At least 100,000 verifiable accident-free miles, or more than 2,500 accident-free hours

• Able to lift 15 to 50 pounds, and to stand, walk, push, pull and carry for long stretches, with or without accommodation

• Able to sit up to five hours a day and work as many as 14 hours, including up to 11 hours of driving, with or without accommodation
