CDL-A Delivery Driver — $300/Day Base Plus Incentives

Our company is looking for a CDL-A delivery driver to run routes out of its Pensacola, FL shuttle yard, bringing food products to customers and handling the full delivery process.

Pay

• Base rate starts at $300 per day, plus incentives

• You may also earn overtime and component pay based on factors like cases or mileage, where applicable

What you'll do

• Drive trucks safely to customer locations and hit scheduled delivery windows

• Unload product using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand, placing items where the customer wants them

• Confirm delivery accuracy with customers and get the required signatures

• Collect payments from customers when needed

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections on your equipment

• Represent the company well through strong customer service

Physical demands

• Repeatedly lift, carry, push, and pull product weighing 20 to 80+ lbs throughout your shift

• Work outdoors in all weather, with 10 or more stops per shift

Requirements

• Must register with the FMCSA Clearinghouse (a DOT requirement for CDL holders, verifying drug and alcohol program compliance; visit clearinghouse.fmcsa.dot.gov/register to sign up)

• At least 21 years old

• Valid CDL Class A from your state of residence, with required endorsements and DOT qualifications

• At least six months of commercial driving experience in any industry, or three months in food/beverage delivery

• Manual transmission skills preferred, and may be required depending on location

• Able to read and speak English well enough to understand road signs, communicate with officials, and complete reports
