CDL-A Delivery Driver — $30/hr

Our company, maker of Oreo, Ritz, Triscuit and other snack brands, needs a CDL-A driver out of Maize, KS to deliver products to stores and warehouses in and around Wichita. You'll run a mix of early delivery routes and later shuttle routes on a set weekly schedule.

Pay

• $30 per hour

• Branch Incentive Plan (BIP) bonus

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays

• About 40 hours per week

• Delivery routes begin between 1am and 4am; shuttle routes begin between 7am and 11am

• You work until the routes are finished; schedule can shift based on business needs

• Based out of 5260 N 119th St W, Maize, KS 67101

What you'll haul

• Snack products delivered to stores and warehouses across the Wichita area

• Some temperature-controlled freight knowledge is helpful

Requirements

• CDL Class A license with at least one year of safe driving history and no serious violations in the past 10 years

• Valid REAL ID driver's license, U.S. passport, or federal ID, since this route serves a military base

• Must pass a drug screen, motor vehicle record check, and background check

• Registration with the FMCSA Clearinghouse

• Comfortable using a smartphone and an electronic logging device, plus a scanner for tracking deliveries

• Working knowledge of DOT and OSHA rules

• Direct store delivery experience is a plus, not required

• Able to handle outdoor work in all kinds of weather and adjust to route or schedule changes
