CDL-A Dedicated Truck Driver — Weekly Home Time, $1,340–$1,640/wk Avg

Run a dedicated Coca-Cola account hauling food and beverage freight in dry van trailers, with set weekly home time and regular miles within Arizona, California, Nevada and Utah. This account is based near Stockton, CA, and works well for any CDL-A holder, whether you're new or experienced.

Pay

• Average weekly pay runs $1,340 to $1,640.

• You're paid by the mile and by the load, plus an hourly rate for on-duty time when you're not driving.

• New hires get a guaranteed minimum of $1,000 per week during their first 90 days.

• Weekly performance pay is also available.

• Experienced drivers receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid out monthly over your first year; drivers without experience get $2,000 paid the same way.

• Orientation is paid.

• After 6 months you earn paid time off, plus 6 paid holidays each year.

• A yearly bonus can add up to 2% of your annual gross pay.

Home time

You'll be home every week, with a predictable schedule so you know in advance when you're off.

What you'll haul

• Dry van loads of food and beverage products for Coca-Cola.

• Freight is 100% no-touch, and 60% of it is drop-and-hook.

• Expect about 5 loads per week.

• The work involves frequent tight maneuvering and backing into complex spots.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.

• Must live within 50 miles of Stockton, CA.

• Open to drivers at any experience level; company-paid CDL training is available if you need it.
