Our company is hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated account hauling Wal-Mart freight. This fleet has been named a TCA Elite Fleet for 2025 and 2026, and offers steady routes, predictable schedules and modern trucks.
Pay
- Weekly pay ranges from $1,400 to $1,867, which works out to about $72,800-$97,084 per year
- Guaranteed minimum pay included
- $400 hiring bonus
- Extra stop pay available, ranging from $0 to $140 per day
- Extra detention pay available, ranging from $0 to $160 per 24-hour period
- Extra pay for bad weather conditions, ranging from $0 to $150 per day
- Referral bonus up to $2,500 per referral, with no cap on how many you can earn

What you'll haul
- Dedicated freight for Wal-Mart
- Nearly all loads (99%) are drop-and-hook with no touch freight
- Late-model trucks equipped with APUs, automatic transmissions and inverters
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL for interstate driving
- At least 6 months of recent CDL-A experience with a single carrier, completed after finishing training
- Comfortable working and communicating with others
