CDL-A Dedicated Truck Driver — $1,400–$1,867/Week, $5,000 Sign-On

Our company is looking for CDL-A drivers to run dedicated Walmart freight. This fleet has been named a TCA Elite Fleet two years running, and the company emphasizes stable routes and modern trucks.

Pay

• Weekly pay ranges from $1,400 to $1,867, working out to about $72,800-$97,084 per year

• Guaranteed minimum pay is included

• A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered, plus a separate $400 hiring bonus

• You can earn extra for stops (up to $140 per day), detention (up to $160 per 24-hour period), and bad weather (up to $150 per day), depending on the situation

• Referring another driver can earn you up to $2,500 per referral, with no cap on how many you refer

• Dedicated Walmart freight

• Freight is 99% no-touch, using drop-and-hook

Home time and schedule

• Routes are consistent and schedules are described as reliable

• Parking is arranged as part of the job, so you're not left searching for a spot

Equipment

• Trucks are late-model with APUs, automatic transmissions, and inverters

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL for interstate driving

• At least 6 months of recent CDL-A experience with one carrier, completed after training

• Comfortable working and communicating with others
