Our company is hiring CDL-A drivers for dedicated refrigerated freight with consistent customers, steady miles, and regular trips home. Dispatch works to keep you loaded and moving instead of sitting idle.
Pay
- $0.70 per mile starting rate on all miles
- $500+ monthly performance bonus
- Drivers average $1,800+ weekly and $90,000+ per year running 2,500-3,000 miles weekly
- Paid weekly via direct deposit
- Extra pay for detention, stops, holidays, and vacation
Home time
- Weekly home time with a predictable, consistent schedule
What you'll haul
- Dedicated reefer freight on set lanes with the same customers
- No-touch freight
- Newer trucks from Peterbilt, Freightliner, Kenworth, and Volvo (2024 and up)
Requirements
- Current Class A CDL
- At least 1 year of verifiable CDL-A driving experience
- Minimum age 21
- Must satisfy FMCSA standards
- TWIC card and reefer background are a plus
