CDL-A Dedicated Regional Driver — Home Weekly, Avg $73,000/yr

Join a dedicated regional fleet running out of Ocala, FL for a Dollar Tree account, delivering to areas around Miami, Fort Myers, the Florida Keys, Tampa, and Orlando. You'll drive brand new automatic sleeper trucks pulling 53' dry trailers and be home weekly with a 34-hour reset.

Pay

• Drivers average $73,000 per year, with the top 10% earning up to $76,000 annually*

• Pay bands based on your experience level

• Unload pay included

• $200 per day for layovers (24 hours)

• $200 per day for breakdowns (24 hours)

• $200 per day for training or retraining

• $25 per load for backhaul pickups

• $25 for a clean DOT inspection

• Weekly safe and on-time bonus of up to 3%

Home time

You'll be home every week, with a required 34-hour reset. When parking overnight, you can take the truck home as long as you have a safe, secure spot.

What you'll haul

This is a touch freight account - you'll unload freight at customer locations using rollers. Expect 3 turns per week, averaging 3 to 5 stops per load.

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A with at least 3 months of current driving experience

• Not open to students, recent graduates, or trainees

• Must be 21 or older

• Must pass a DOT drug screen
