CDL-A Dedicated Reefer Driver — $1,800 Avg Weekly, Home Weekly in Select Areas

Our company is looking for CDL-A drivers for dedicated OTR and regional reefer freight out of Lexington, NE. You'll run drop-and-hook round trips averaging 3,200 miles a week, hauling 100% no-touch freight.

Pay

• Average weekly pay of $1,800, with typical annual earnings between $87,000 and $112,000

• CPM raises every 6 months

• $200 monthly bonus for safe driving

• Competitive pay for detention, layover, breakdown, and chain-up time

Home time

• Drivers based in or near Oakland CA, Sacramento CA, the Bay Area, Reno NV, Kingman AZ, Denver CO, Salt Lake City UT, Cheyenne WY, Greeley CO, Dodge City KS, Liberal KS, Grand Island NE, Amarillo TX, Guymon OK, or Albuquerque NM can expect to be home weekly

• Drivers living outside those areas should plan on being out 2-3 weeks minimum

• Routes are OTR and regional only; no local runs

What you'll haul

• Dedicated reefer freight, 100% no-touch

• Round-trip drop-and-hook lanes

Equipment

• 2026 Freightliner Cascadias with automatic transmissions

• Equipped with APUs, inverters, and refrigerators

Requirements

• At least 24 months of driving experience within the last 36 months

• Must have driven at least 2 months within the last 6 months

• Minimum age 23

• No more than one serious violation in the last 3 years

• No more than 5 driving jobs in the last 2 years
