CDL-A Dedicated/OTR Driver — Home Weekly, $1,200 Avg Weekly Pay

Swift Transportation has a hybrid dedicated/OTR CDL-A driving job based out of Harrisonville, MO. You'll run a dedicated lane for a large retail customer when needed, with OTR miles filling in the rest of your schedule.

Pay

• Average weekly pay of $1,200

• Per-mile trip pay based on dispatched miles, ranging from $0.49 to $0.60 cpm depending on route and your verified experience

• Monthly performance bonus on top of mileage pay

Home time

• You'll be home every week

What you'll haul

• Dedicated, predictable freight for the lane

• Loads are not preloaded, so some wait time should be expected

• Work may include holidays and weekends

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL; new drivers are welcome, training provided

• At least 21 years old

• No current disqualification from operating a commercial vehicle under any federal, state, or local rule

• No more than 1 preventable on-road or DOT loss in the past 2 years, no more than 3 preventable accidents in that span, and no major preventable accidents in the past 5 years

• No serious traffic violations in the last year, and no more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years

• No convictions in the last 3 years for possessing, transporting, or using Schedule 1 drugs while on duty
