CDL-A Dedicated Driver — Weekly 34-Hour Reset, No-Touch Freight

Join a dedicated, no-touch freight account running out of Shafter, CA for C.R. England. Freight comes from the Walmart Distribution Center in Shafter and moves to drop points across CA and NV, with 1 to 5 stops per load and a chance of a backhaul to the DC.

What you'll haul

• 53-ft dry van and reefer trailers, pulled with sleeper trucks that have automatic transmissions

• Loads start at the Walmart DC in Shafter, CA and deliver throughout California and Nevada

• Trucks park at the Shafter Walmart DC

Schedule and home time

• Shifts begin somewhere between 3PM and 9PM

• You'll take a 34-hour reset each week

• Linehaul drivers are usually off 34 to 48 hours a week, and sometimes get a mid-week trip home

• Average mileage on this fleet is 1,700 miles per week

Pay

• Pay is based on a band tied to your experience level, plus stop pay

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 3 months of recent Class A driving experience (this lane isn't open to students, new grads, or trainees)

• Minimum age 21

• Must have your own way to get to work
