Our company is hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated account hauling Walmart freight out of Waverly, IA. This fleet has earned TCA Elite Fleet honors in 2025 and 2026, and offers steady routes with mostly no-touch freight.
Pay
- Weekly pay ranges from $1,400 to $1,867, which works out to $72,800-$97,084 per year
- Guaranteed minimum pay included
- $400 hiring bonus
- Extra pay opportunities: up to $140 per day in stop pay, up to $160 per 24-hour period in detention pay, and up to $150 per day for inclement weather
- Referral bonus up to $2,500 per referral, with no cap on how many you can earn

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL for interstate driving
- At least 6 months of recent CDL-A experience with a single carrier after finishing training
- Comfortable working and communicating with others
