About this job
Our company in St. Augustine, Florida, is hiring newly licensed CDL-A graduates for a paid mentor program. You ride with an experienced trainer first, then move into your own truck as a solo driver. No prior driving experience is needed.
Training
- Paid mentor phase lasting 4–6 weeks on the road
- You learn trip planning, safe driving, pickups and deliveries, pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and how to work with dispatch
- Once you finish the program, you get your own truck and drive solo
Pay
- $1,600–$1,800 per week after training
- Paid by weekly direct deposit

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL and graduation from an accredited CDL school
- Clean motor vehicle record
- Ability to meet DOT qualification requirements
