About this job
Our company is looking for a CDL-A driver to haul vehicles between production facilities and delivery hubs near Boise. You'll run local routes and be home every day, with paid training provided even if you've never hauled cars before.
Pay
- Average weekly pay of $1,350 to $1,600, with a stated wage range of $1,350.00 to $1,622.00 per week
- Extra earning opportunities through night route differential pay, quarterly bonuses, and extra day pay
Home time
- You return home after every route
What you'll haul
- Vehicles moved between our company production facilities and delivery hubs on 9-car haulers
- Full paid training covers how to safely load, secure, and operate the haulers, no prior car-hauling experience needed
Schedule
- Schedules are set quarterly, and you can bid to change your shift each quarter to better fit your life
- Night routes come with a pay differential
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A with a current medical card
- At least 21 years old
- Able to read, write, and speak English
- 6 months of tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years, or equivalent military experience
- Clean driving record, maintained Class A CDL, and professional conduct and appearance
- Able to walk 75 feet, climb a 10-foot ladder, and bend, kneel, twist, squat, stand, and climb to secure loads
- Comfortable with frequent driving and outdoor physical work, including standing, stooping, pushing, and pulling
- Good vision and manual dexterity, and use of required safety gear like non-slip shoes and gloves
- This is a safety-sensitive role and is not eligible for visa sponsorship
