About this job
Our company is looking for a CDL-A driver to haul bulk cryogenic and compressed gases out of Santa Fe Springs, CA. You'll handle hazmat and tanker loads, delivering to customers and storage sites while following strict safety and DOT rules.
Pay
- $36.63 per hour
What you'll haul
- Bulk cryogenic, compressed and specialty industrial gases, transported by tractor-trailer and offloaded at customer or storage locations
Schedule
- Expect moderate overnight travel, including layovers as needed
Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- HS diploma or GED preferred
- Valid Class A CDL with tanker and hazmat endorsements for your state of domicile
- 3+ years of experience driving tractor-trailers; 3 years of hazmat or tanker experience preferred
- Must pass DOT written and road tests, plus a DOT physical and drug screen
- Able to lift up to 60 pounds to connect hoses and operate valves, and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
- Reliable transportation to reach our company and customer sites
