Box Truck Driver — $21–$23/hr Plus Sign-On Bonus

Our company, an electronics recycling company in Whitehall Township, PA, needs a full-time box truck driver for 1st shift. You'll pick up equipment and make deliveries, with a mix of local and some out-of-state runs.

Pay

• $21.00 to $23.00 per hour

• Weekly payroll

• Sign-on bonus offered

Schedule

• Monday through Friday

• Day shift, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

• Overtime as needed based on business volume

• Limited overnight travel

What you'll do

• Drive manual and automatic box trucks to pick up and deliver equipment to dealer locations

• Load and unload trucks, and help with warehousing and palletizing at customer sites and the home office

• Keep accurate daily logs and complete trip, fuel and maintenance paperwork

• Follow all DOT hours-of-service rules and safety guidelines

• Handle basic customer service issues related to deliveries and inspect products for defects

• Report any accidents or driving record/medical certification issues right away

Requirements

• At least 21 years old and physically qualified to drive under FMCSA rules

• At least 2 years of experience driving a box truck, with a clean record

• Comfortable driving both manual and automatic transmissions

• Valid driver's license in good standing

• Able to pass a background check and random drug testing

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Able to lift at least 50 lbs and be on your feet for parts of the shift

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
