About this job
Our company is hiring a full-time AZ driver to handle local delivery routes out of St Mary's, ON. You'll run local routes with a company vehicle, putting in roughly 44-50 hours weekly with overtime kicking in past 44 hours.
Pay
- Starting wage of $28.39 an hour
What you'll do
- Handle all required paperwork and log books
- Check over the vehicle's condition, equipment, and cargo before and during runs, and manage loading/unloading
- Keep the vehicle maintained and flag any mechanical or operational issues
- Represent the company professionally with customers, producers, and the public
- Follow all traffic, safety, and criminal law requirements, along with HACCP, bio-security, and health and safety rules
Requirements
- Valid AZ license
- Clean Driver's Abstract and CVOR Abstract with an acceptable driving history
- Able to read, write, and speak English with basic math skills; Grade 12 education preferred
