26 ft Box Truck Driver — OTR Interstate & Intrastate, 30% of Gross Revenue

Honor Route Logistics in Sacramento, CA is looking for a 26 ft box truck driver to run both interstate and intrastate OTR routes. You'll handle freight from pickup to delivery, including the physical loading and unloading work.

Pay

• You're paid 30% of the gross revenue generated by the loads you're assigned and complete, under the company's compensation agreement.

What you'll haul

• Freight moved in a 26 ft box truck across interstate and intrastate OTR routes.

• Some loads may involve refrigerated trailers or hazardous materials.

What the job involves

• Driving a 26 ft box truck safely on long-distance and cross-state routes.

• Loading and unloading cargo by hand, securing it properly for transport.

• Planning routes and tracking traffic using GPS to stay on schedule.

• Following FMCSA and DOT rules, plus hazardous materials regulations where applicable.

• Doing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks and flagging maintenance needs.

• Keeping accurate paperwork: load and delivery records, route logs.

• Staying in touch with dispatch about progress, delays or problems on the road.

Requirements

• Valid CDL with a clean driving record.

• Solid background driving box trucks on the road.

• Comfortable handling refrigerated trailers and hazardous materials when needed.

• Confident operating a manual transmission truck.

• Understanding of FMCSA, DOT and dangerous goods safety rules.

• Strong physical ability to load and unload freight.

• Experience using GPS tools for navigation and route planning.

• A safety-first mindset and solid customer service skills.

• Reliable, punctual, professional, and able to work independently while caring for your assigned truck.

• Willing and able to travel across state lines for both local and long-haul runs.
